Jeremy Greenwood, MA

Jeremy Greenwood is a dedicated and experienced school administrator with over two decades of experience in public education. He currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Thompson Elementary School in Arlington, Massachusetts. Prior to beginning at Thompson, he spent 7 years as Assistant Principal at Pollard Middle School in Needham, and Lynnfield Middle School in Lynnfield.


Jeremy brings a strong background in both administration and student support, having started his career as a school counselor. Over the course of 14 years in that role, he provided direct counseling services, facilitated crisis interventions, and played an active role in various school-based support teams.


In his administrative roles, Jeremy has led initiatives focused on equitable discipline, inclusive learning environments, and personalized instruction. He has overseen scheduling, data systems management, educator supervision and evaluation, and standardized testing coordination. He is committed to fostering safe, student-centered learning communities that promote both academic and social-emotional growth.


Jeremy holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, and a LEAD Certificate in Principal/Assistant Principal Leadership from Bridgewater State University.
