Empowering Teachers: Analysis of assessment items on the Blooms, Marzano, and Webbs Depth of Knowledge Crosswalk

This session will focus on using the Bloom's, Marzano, and Webb's Depth of Knowledge Crosswalk to analyze task selection and cognitive challenge of teacher created and standardized assessments. Teachers will be empowered to self-assess the hierarchy of cognitive skills that students are asked to perform day to day and make comparisons to task demands on standardized measures such as MCAS.
