Many coaches struggle as they transition from the being the leader in their own classroom to becoming a leader among their peers - unsure how to navigate a position that is somewhere between administrator and teacher.

Building strong relationships while learning to manage the tension among listening, facilitating, and directing is key to the success of this position.
